Display/Poster Information

Limited Display and Poster Space Available!

A limited number of display spaces are available for $250 in the Max Bell Building, where all conference sessions take place. Exhibitors will be provided with a skirted 6'x2' table, chairs, power, and wireless internet.

We also have limited sponsored poster display space available.

Delegates will be able to informally browse the displays during the conference. There will also be an Exhibitors Reception on Friday, September 11 @ 5:30 pm, to give delegates a chance to mix and mingle, and have more dedicated time to visit the displays. Drinks, appetizers and a cash bar will be available.
